All watch repair work brought into the store is repaired on site by Swiss-trained Certified Master Watchmaker, CMW21, Jim Lubic. Due to the decline in watch repair personnel, most jewelry stores take a look at your watch to give you a price and ship it to an offsite repair center or the manufacturer adding time and cost to your repair. At Ritzi Jewelers when you bring in your watch you get an estimate of the repaircost with an approximate time it will take to repair your timepiece.  And the piece of mind knowing that your watch will be taken care of by an expert professional trained in the field of watch repair.

Some repairs may include mechanial overhaul, crown or stem replacement, watch band replacements, watch band adjustments (taking out links), movement replacements, dial cleaning & refinishing, and moisture-related repairs.
